Include a short description, the approximate time of the issue and an operation or order ID if available. Mask unrelated personal information in screenshots. Do not send passwords, verification codes or complete payment credentials.

We handle support requests promptly. Personal information requests receive a response within fifteen working days after receipt and necessary identity verification, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Closing your zigora account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage automatic renewal separately in your Apple account's subscription settings.

Delete your account

Use Me → Account Management → Close Account where available. Otherwise, email us with the subject “Close zigora account” from a linked email address, or provide the minimum information needed to verify your account. We handle verified requests within fifteen working days or explain any lawful delay.
